IR谱表明:聚酰胺/硅胶吸附剂中,聚酰胺的N-H和硅胶表面OH以氢键结合,nC=O无位移;室温下该吸附剂中C=O和茶多酚中O-H作用后,nC=O和nO-H分别红移了11cm-1和18cm-1;而与咖啡因及氨基酸作用后nC=O无位移.

The main components of tea were extracted by the adsorbent of supported polyamide/SiO2 at room temperature. IR spectroscopy has been adopted to examine the interaction of polyamide with SiO2 as well as tea polyphenol with polyamide/SiO2. The result indicated that after polyamide adsorbed on SiO2, the vibration of O-H on the surface of SiO2 decreased from 3446cm-1 to 3426cm-1. The Si-O vibration decreased from 1101cm-1 to 1094cm-1. The C=O vibration at 1641cm-1 remained unchanged. After adsorption of tea polyphenol in a water solution with PA/ SiO2, the peak of C=O in polyamide molecular decreased from 1641cm-1 to 1630cm-1, and the band of O-H in tea polyphenol reduced from 3362cm-1 to 3344cm-1. On the other hand, no change was observed by IR Spectra in adsorption of coffeine or aminoacid with PA/ SiO2.
