乙烯与苯乙烯共聚合是以苯乙烯为“反应性基团”进行聚烯烃功能化的关键.用MgCl2负载的二(二苯甲酰甲烷)钛酸二苯氧基酯(MgCl2/(dbm)2Ti(OPh)2)催化了乙烯-苯乙烯共聚反应.该催化剂对乙烯-苯乙烯共聚的聚合活性达到3.2×105 g/(mol.h),与SiO2负载的茂金属(SiO2/MAO/rac-Et(Ind)2ZrCl2)的聚合活性在同一数量级.所得的ES共聚物中苯乙烯含量(Fs)提高到6.1%,高于SiO2/rac-Et(Ind)2ZrCl2催化所得的ES共聚物的相应值(Fs =3.5%).

The copolymerization of ethylene and styrene is the key to the functionalization of polyolefin via styrene as"reactive group". Ethylene and styrene were coplymerized by MgCl2 supporting a kind of b-diketonate titanium complex, i.e. diphenoxyl titanium (IV) bisdibenzlmethanate, (dbm)2Ti(OPh)2, activated with aluminoxane(MAO). The polymerization activity was 3.2×105 g/(mol.h), similar to the SiO2 supporting metallocene (SiO2/MAO/Et(Ind)2ZrCl2). The styrene content in the ES copolymer (FS) was 6.1%, more than that by SiO2/MAO/Et(Ind)2ZrCl2 (Fs=3.5%). 13C NMR spectrum revealed that a random copolymer was obtained by MgCl2/(dbm)2Ti(OPh)2.
