采用改进的方法制备了N, N, N'-三(三甲基硅基)胺基亚胺基膦1.此方法的关键是二[二(三甲基硅基)胺基]氯化膦4的热解,包括在不中断减压蒸馏的情况下将4连续滴入减压蒸馏体系中,在滴入的同时发生4的热解,1生成后立即被蒸出.1的收率为76%.

An improved method for preparation of N, N, N'-tris(trimethylsilyl)aminoiminophosphine 1 was reported. Bis[bis(trimethylsilyl)amino]chlorophosphine 4 was continually dropped to a reduced pressure distillation system while thermal elimination of trimethylchlorosilane from 4 was taking place to give 1 which was distilled simultaneously. The yield of 1 was 76%.
