由3,3',4,4'-二苯甲酮四酸二酐(benzophenone-3,3',4,4'-tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride,简称 BTDA),和4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether 简称ODA)缩合制备了聚酰亚胺BTDA-ODA样品,通过低温量热的方法研究了其热容及低温热稳定性,同时由热容数据计算了以标准状态(298.15 K)为基准的,在80 K到400 K温度范围内的热力学数据.通过热分析的方法(TG,DSC)研究了其高温热稳定性和热分解特性.
由3,3',4,4'-二苯甲酮四痠二酐(benzophenone-3,3',4,4'-tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride,簡稱 BTDA),和4,4'-二氨基二苯醚(4,4'-diaminodiphenyl ether 簡稱ODA)縮閤製備瞭聚酰亞胺BTDA-ODA樣品,通過低溫量熱的方法研究瞭其熱容及低溫熱穩定性,同時由熱容數據計算瞭以標準狀態(298.15 K)為基準的,在80 K到400 K溫度範圍內的熱力學數據.通過熱分析的方法(TG,DSC)研究瞭其高溫熱穩定性和熱分解特性.

In the present study polyimide BTDA-ODA sample was prepared by polycondensation or step-growth polymerization method. Its low temperature heat capacities were measured by an adiabatic calorimeter in the temperature range between 80 K and 400 K. No thermal anomaly was found in this temperature range. A DSC experiment was conducted in the temperature region from 373 K to 673 K. There was no phase change in this temperature range except a glass transition at 420.16 K and an elasto-viscous transition at 564.38 K.BTDA-ODA started to decompose at 673 K and the peak temperature was at ca. 773 K.
