以5-氨基-3-巯基-12,4-三唑、氯化苄和乙酰丙酮为原料,分别用先环合和后环合路线合成了5,7-二甲基-2-苄硫基-1,2,4-三唑[1,5-a]嘧啶,并对后环合路线进行了一步法改进,同时优化了其反应条件,使目标产物的产率达到了83%以上.产品的结构经红外、核磁及元素分析确认.
以5-氨基-3-巰基-12,4-三唑、氯化芐和乙酰丙酮為原料,分彆用先環閤和後環閤路線閤成瞭5,7-二甲基-2-芐硫基-1,2,4-三唑[1,5-a]嘧啶,併對後環閤路線進行瞭一步法改進,同時優化瞭其反應條件,使目標產物的產率達到瞭83%以上.產品的結構經紅外、覈磁及元素分析確認.

2-Benzylthio-5,7-dimethyl-1,2,4-triazole[1,5-a]pyrimidine was synthesized by two different routes from 5-Amino-3-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole, benzyl chloride and acetylacetone. Reaction was improved with one-step method, and the reaction conditions were optimized. Yield of objective product was over 83%. The structure of the product was proved by means of IR, 1H NMR spectrum, elemental analysis data.
