In this paper, vitamin B6 especially pyridoxol was immobilized on the self-prepared composite microspheres with glutaraldehyde by cross-linking reaction. At the same time, the optimum immobilizational conditions were studied, such as glutaraldehyde density, reaction time and temperature etc.
