显色剂 N-丙基-N'-(氨基对苯磺酸钠)硫脲可与铂(Ⅳ)发生显色反应,生成绿色的水溶性配合物,最大吸收波长位于695.0nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε695.0=2.32×104,铂含量在0~35μg/25mL范围内服从比耳定律,方法灵敏,简便,选择性非常好,用于样品测定,结果与标准值相符.

A reaction of Pt(Ⅳ) with N-propyl-N'-(sodium p-Aminobenzen sulfonate) Thiourea(PSAT) was studied by spectrophotometry. In the rang of pH3.4~4.2, Pt(Ⅳ) forms a stable complex with PSAT, maximum absorption of the complex is at 695.0nm and its molar absorptivity is 2.32×104 L·mol-1·cm-1. Beer’s law is obeyed in the rang of 0~1.4mg/25mL for Pt(Ⅳ). This method has been used for the determination of trace Pt(Ⅳ) in samples with satisfactory results.
