在苯乙烯分散聚合反应过程中分别采用一次加料法和后滴加法加入交联单体二乙烯基苯(DVB),制备出了平均粒径为3.0μm的窄分布线型及交联型聚苯乙烯微球.对两种类型聚苯乙烯微球进行形貌及粒径、差示扫描量热(DSC)分析和耐溶剂性实验,结果表明采用交联单体后加料法可制备出交联型聚苯乙烯微球,与交联单体一次加料法制备出的线型聚苯乙烯微球相比,其球形度较差,粒径分布较宽,但耐热性和耐溶剂性较好.随着 DVB 用量的增加,交联型聚苯乙烯微球粒径增大,粒径分布变宽,但DVB用量达到一定值时,会出现相互凝聚现象.

In the paper, narrow size distribution linear and crosslinked polystyrene microspheres with average size of about 3.0μm were prepared through adding crosslinker divinylbenzene by batch and post-addition methods in dispersion polymerization of styrene. These two kinds of polystyrene microspheres were compared in some properties including morphology and size analysis, DSC and solvent-resistant experiment. The results showed that crosslinked polystyrene microspheres prepared by batch addition method of DVB have poorer sphericity, wider size distribution, better heat-resistant and solvent-resistant properties than linear polystyrene microspheres prepared by post-addition method. The size and size distribution of crosslinked polystyrene microspheres increased with increasing amount of stabilizer and co-stabilizer.
