The Fe3O4 magnetic fluids in ethanol was prepared with coprecipitation method. The product was dispersed by ultrasonic and then nanometer magnetic photocatalytic compound was prepared by sol-gel technique. It was characterized by XRD, TEM, XPS, VSM and the photocatalytic activity was evaluated by methyl orange.
