采用液相还原法,用乙二醇(EG)还原氢氧化镍制得镍粉,并采用比表面积、XRD与SEM等分析手段对镍粉进行了表征.通过分析反应热力学,绘制出Ni-EG-H2O系的E-pH图,并利用E-pH图研究了乙二醇的氧化产物,用XRD进行验证.结果表明,制备的镍粉的SEM粒径约0.15μm,BET粒径为0.088μm,乙二醇的氧化产物为CO32-.

The nickel powders were synthesized by the reduction of liquid phase in ethylene glycol and characterized by Specific Surface, XRD and SEM. Thermodynamics of preparation of ultrafine and nanometer nickel powder from ethylene glycol(EG) and Ni(OH)2 was studied and plotted the E-pH diagram of Ni-EG-H2O. The oxidation product of ethylene glycol was analyzed from E-pH graph and verified by XRD. The size of nickel powders was about 0.15μm by SEM and 0.088μm by BET. The oxidation product of ethylene glycol was CO32-.
