生物体在新陈代谢过程中产生的挥发性有机化合物(BVOCs)是生物代谢产物,携带有丰富的生化信息.通过分析研究BVOCs,可对生物体代谢过程研究提供参考和依据.BVOCs一般为痕量的挥发性有机物质,产生BVOCs的生物种类繁多,采样技术和数据处理方法是BVOCs分析研究的瓶颈.本文综述了近年来BVOCs分析的研究进展,着重探讨了采样和数据处理方法.

The biogenic volatile organic compounds (BVOCs) synthesized by the metabolism of biosamples could be considered as the terminal metabolins of the biosample metabolism, containing abundant biochemical information. It is very significant to analyze the BVOCs, which could provide useful clues and information for the study of biosample metabolism processes. BVOCs are usually the trace volatile organic compounds produced by many species of biosamples. Therefore, the two main difficulties are the suitable sampling techniques for the BVOCs and statistical data processing methods for the experimental data. In this paper, the recent advances of the sampling techniques and data processing methods for the BVOC analyses were summarized.
