等温微量热法是利用等温微量热计监测样品产生的热效应,进而揭示各种现象本质的一种研究方法.由于其在监测生命系统的代谢过程中具有许多独特之处,它已被应用到微型生物群落研究的许多领域.本文简要介绍了近年来微型生物群落等温微量热的研究进展,并提出通过开展聚氨酯泡沫塑料块(PFU)收集的微型生物群落的等温微量热研究,可以进行持续性有毒物质的环境毒理评价.

Isothermal microcalorimetric method can be used to monitor the thermal effect of sample and study the nature of various phenomena. Due to many advantages in monitoring metabolic process of the whole living system, it has been applied to lots of studying fields of microbial communities. In this paper, microcalorimetric studies of microbial communities were briefly introduced. Furthermore, we put forward the assumption that the ecological toxicity of persistent toxic substances(PTS) could be estimated at community level by microcalorimetric studies of microbial community collected by polyurethane foam unit(PFU) method.
