锌化合物具有拟胰岛素活性.鉴于锌化合物的生物兼容性好、价态稳定及体内、外作用明显等特点,故有望研制出高效低毒的用于治疗糖尿病候选药物.目前该领域新化合物的合成、结构表征及构效关系的研究甚为活跃,对多种不同配位模式锌配合物相关性质的研究已取得可喜成果.本文介绍了近年来该领域的研究进展.

Zinc compounds have insulinomimetic activity. Zinc compounds has been proposed as candidates for treating of diabetes mellitus, because it has been found to have relatively high insulin-mimetic properties and it is thought to be less toxic than other metal elements. The design and application of the synthesis of the zinc complexes have received considerable attention during the last decade. The research progress on the studies of its biological activities and structure-activity relationship in this field have been introduced in this paper.
