氯酚类污染物是一类具有毒性并且在环境中持久存在的污染物,近年来得到了越来越多的关注.生物吸附作为一种污染治理手段,用于去除氯酚的研究报道也日益增多,研究的生物材料包括:活性污泥、厌氧污泥、细菌、真菌和藻类等.本文简要概述了氯酚在各种生物质上吸附特性的研究现状,讨论了影响吸附的主要因素,并提出了进一步的研究方向.

Chlorinated phenols have recently been of great concern because of their extreme toxicity and/or persistency in the environment. Biosorption is becoming a promising alternative treatment process for the removal of this type of organic pollutants from wastewater. Biosorption of chlorinated phenols by selected live and dead microoganisms has been investigated by various researchers. This review examines a wide variety of microorganisms (activated sludge, anaerobic sludge, bacteria, fungi, etc.). The effects of various parameters such as pH, temperature, concentrations of organic pollutant, and biomass concentration in solution, pretreatment method were discussed. The further research works have been proposed for developing a practical application.
