智能水凝胶是具有感知、处理和执行功能的新型“软”、“湿”材料,可对外界环境的微小变化或刺激作出敏感的响应.本文介绍了电场响应性水凝胶的研究进展,电场响应性水凝胶在电场作用下的溶胀、收缩和弯曲形变以及其在化学阀、药物控制释放系统、人工肌肉、驱动器、调光材料等高新技术领域的应用研究现状,并指出了目前电场响应性水凝胶研究中存在的主要问题.

Intelligent hydrogels are novel soft and wet materials, which have the ability to perform sensing, proceeding and actuating function, and show the abilities of changing volume and shape reversibly in response to environmental stimulus. This article reviewed the research progress of electric field responsive hydrogels, described their swelling, shrinking and bending deformation in electric field, and presented their applications in chemical valves, controlled drug delivery devices, artificial muscles, actuators, modulated optical materials,etc. The current limitation of electric field responsive hydrogels was also discussed.
