以N-羟乙基吡咯烷酮与氢化钠作用生成相应的钠盐,再将此钠盐与六氯三聚磷腈(HCCP)发生亲核取代反应,合成了六(乙氧基吡咯烷酮)三聚磷腈,用IR、31P NMR、1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT、FABMS等现代谱学技术对其结构进行了表征.经生物活性试验证明,此化合物1mg/mL时对腐生线虫Panagrellus redivivus 72h的致死率为52.7%.
以N-羥乙基吡咯烷酮與氫化鈉作用生成相應的鈉鹽,再將此鈉鹽與六氯三聚燐腈(HCCP)髮生親覈取代反應,閤成瞭六(乙氧基吡咯烷酮)三聚燐腈,用IR、31P NMR、1H NMR、13C NMR、DEPT、FABMS等現代譜學技術對其結構進行瞭錶徵.經生物活性試驗證明,此化閤物1mg/mL時對腐生線蟲Panagrellus redivivus 72h的緻死率為52.7%.

Synthesis, characterization and biological activity of hexakis [2-(2-oxo-1-pyrrolidinyl) cyclotriphosphazene] were described in this paper. The title compound was prepared by nucleophilic substitution reaction of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene with sodium 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-pyrrolidone which was obtained by the reaction of 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-pyrrolidone with sodium hydride. The results showed that the compound was able to kill 52.7%of the Panagrellus redivivus at 1mg/mL within 72 hours.
