近年来兴起的稀磁性半导体纳米晶体(DMSNC)是一种新型的半导体材料,由于其优异的光电磁性能得到了国内外研究人员的重视,并取得了快速发展,有望在多个领域得到应用.本文对以胶体法制备的Mn2+掺杂的ZnS、ZnSe、CdS、CdSe 等为代表的Ⅱ-Ⅵ族 DMSNC 的主要进展和掺杂原理进行了综述,指出了现阶段所存在的问题,并对其未来发展进行了展望.
近年來興起的稀磁性半導體納米晶體(DMSNC)是一種新型的半導體材料,由于其優異的光電磁性能得到瞭國內外研究人員的重視,併取得瞭快速髮展,有望在多箇領域得到應用.本文對以膠體法製備的Mn2+摻雜的ZnS、ZnSe、CdS、CdSe 等為代錶的Ⅱ-Ⅵ族 DMSNC 的主要進展和摻雜原理進行瞭綜述,指齣瞭現階段所存在的問題,併對其未來髮展進行瞭展望.

Diluted magnetic semiconductor nanocrystal (DMSNC) is a new type of semiconductor materials. Because of their special optical, electrical and magnetic properties as well as their promising applications in various aspects, DMSNCs have drawn great attentions and the research on the DMSNCs has developed quickly in recent years. In this article, the main research progress and doping mechanism of the Mn2+dopedⅡ- ZnS,ⅥZnSe, CdS and CdSe DMSNCs prepared by colloidal method we reviewed. In addition, the problems existing at present and the future development of the DMSNCs were also discussed.
