用荧光光谱法研究了阳离子水溶性聚芴(Poly[(9,9-bis(3’-(N,N-dimethyl)-N-ethylammonium)propyl)--2,7-fluorene)-alt-1,4-phenylene]Dibromide(PF))与生物大分子牛血清白蛋白(BSA)之间的相互作用,并进一步研究了酸度和离子强度对二者相互作用的影响.结果表明,极微量的BSA便会使PF的荧光产生可分辨的降低,改变蛋白质BSA的表面电荷,BSA对PF的猝灭效率也发生较大变化;而PF可猝灭BSA的荧光,同时自身的荧光增强并存在一个等发射点,说明BSA和PF之间存在相互作用,二者之间发生了能量转移.
用熒光光譜法研究瞭暘離子水溶性聚芴(Poly[(9,9-bis(3’-(N,N-dimethyl)-N-ethylammonium)propyl)--2,7-fluorene)-alt-1,4-phenylene]Dibromide(PF))與生物大分子牛血清白蛋白(BSA)之間的相互作用,併進一步研究瞭痠度和離子彊度對二者相互作用的影響.結果錶明,極微量的BSA便會使PF的熒光產生可分辨的降低,改變蛋白質BSA的錶麵電荷,BSA對PF的猝滅效率也髮生較大變化;而PF可猝滅BSA的熒光,同時自身的熒光增彊併存在一箇等髮射點,說明BSA和PF之間存在相互作用,二者之間髮生瞭能量轉移.

The interaction between the conjugated polymer Poly[(9,9-bis(3’-(N,N-dimethyl)-N-ethylammonium)-propyl)-2,7-fluorene)-alt-1,4-phenylene]Dibromide(PF) and biomocule bovine serum albumin (BSA), as well as the influence of the acidity and the ion intensity on the interaction between them, were studied by fluorescence spectroscopic technique. The results showed that the addition of infinitesimal BSA can decrease the fluorescence intensity of PF. When the surface charge of BSA was changed, the quenching efficiency was also altered. Meanwhile, the fluorescence of BSA can be quenched with the addition of PF and the fluorescence intensity PF itself increased. The spectra displayed iso emission point at 394.5nm and demonstrated that there existed interaction and energy transfer between PF and BSA.
