With the development of the microfluidic analytical system, microfluidic driving and controlling technique, as one of its key techniques, is concerned and researched by relative experts. According to its principle, pressure driving, electric driving and other driving techniques, especially the electric driving techniques were reviewed in this paper. Their advances and prospective are discussed respectively.
