Febrifugine, Isofebrifugine and their analogues exhibit potent anti-malarial activity. In this paper, asymmetrical synthesis methods of Febrifugine、Isofebrifugine and their derivatives were reviewed, and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were evaluated.
