以工业化的聚苯乙烯中空微球为模板,利用种子乳液法合成了粒径均一的功能化中空聚苯乙烯/聚4-乙烯基吡啶微球(PS/P4VP),改变制备条件可以控制功能基团4-乙烯基吡啶(4-VP)在聚苯乙烯微球表面的分布.合成的微球在水和有机溶剂如二氯甲烷、乙醇、乙腈等中有良好的分散性,并能促进油水体系混溶.
以工業化的聚苯乙烯中空微毬為模闆,利用種子乳液法閤成瞭粒徑均一的功能化中空聚苯乙烯/聚4-乙烯基吡啶微毬(PS/P4VP),改變製備條件可以控製功能基糰4-乙烯基吡啶(4-VP)在聚苯乙烯微毬錶麵的分佈.閤成的微毬在水和有機溶劑如二氯甲烷、乙醇、乙腈等中有良好的分散性,併能促進油水體繫混溶.

The functional polymer microspheres of polystyrene/poly 4-vinylpyridine microspheres(PS/P4VP) with narrow particle size distribution were synthesized by seeded emulsion polymerization using commerical polystyrene hollow spheres as template. The distribution of 4-VP graft polymerization on the surface of the hollow polystyrene microspheres could be controlled by changing parameters of reaction. The PS/P4VP microspheres could be dispersed into both water and organic solvents such as dichloromethane, ethanol, acetonitrile. They could also increase the miscibility of water-dichloromethane system.
