通过把含有多个不饱和键的肟引入strobilurin类杀菌剂侧链,合成了19个化合物.目标化合物经1H NMR、IR 表征和元素分析确证.生物活性测试表明,目标化合物具有一定的抑菌活性,其中对稻瘟病菌(Pyricularia oryzae)和小麦赤霉病菌(Gibberella zeae)具有很好的抑菌效果.

Nineteen novel oxime ethers were designed and synthesized by modifying the side chain of phenylcarbamate strobilurin fungicide (pyraclostrobin) with oxime containing more than one unsaturated bond. The structure of title compounds were confirmed by, IR, 1H NMR spectra and elemental analyses. The bioactivity data showed that they all had good fungicidal activity against Pyricularia oryzae and Blumeria griminis.
