金刚石薄膜由于优异的特性,其作为微电极受到了很大的关注.本文对金刚石各类微电极的制作方法和表征方法以及硼掺杂金刚石微电极(BDDME)的优异电化学特性,如宽电势窗口、低背景电流、极高的电化学稳定性等作了介绍.对BDDME在毛细电泳、生物探测、痕量物质检测等方面的应用,以及BDDME的实验研究和实际应用发展进行了评述.

Boron doped diamond microelectrodes (BDDME) have attracted considerable interest due to its super electrochemical properties. The fabrication, electrochemical characteristics and application of boron-doped diamond microelectrode were reported. The fabrication method of BDDME and electrochemical characteristics of BDDME such as wide potential window, low background current, high electrochemical stability were detailed introduced. Applications of BDDME for capillary electrophoresis, biological detection, and detection of trace substances were summarized. Finally, the prospect of the research and application of BDDME were suggested.
