自从发现顺铂具有抗癌活性之后,人们设计合成了许多铂类抗癌药物.甾体激素在生命体中起着重要的作用,铂与甾体配位得到的甾体合铂配合物往往也具有很好的抗癌活性,基于各种设计理念的新甾体铂配合物不断地被合成出来.研究表明,有些甾体铂配合物既具有抑制癌细胞增殖的作用,又能减小对正常细胞的毒性,是潜在的抗癌药物.本文综述了近年来甾体铂配合物的设计合成与抗肿瘤活性研究进展.

A large number of platinum anti-cancer drugs have been designed and synthesized since anti-cancer activity of cisplatin has been found in 1960s. Steroidal hormones play an important role in lives. Steroidal platinum complex with a platinum-pharmacophore and a steroid molecule generally exhibit anti-cancer activities. New steroidal platinum complex which were based on kinds of design ideas were continuously synthesized. Many of them dispayed antiproliferative activity on cancer cell lines, and less cytostatic activities on normal cells, or showed other potential anti-cancer activities. This paper reviewed the designs and antitumor activities of steroidal platinum complex.
