采用菌落计数法测定了盐酸恩诺沙星、盐酸左氧氟沙星、氧氟沙星等5种抗生素对嗜水气单胞菌的抗菌后效应(PAE).结果显示,盐酸左氧氟沙星、氧氟沙星、盐酸沙拉沙星、盐酸恩诺沙星、烟酸诺氟沙星在1×MIC、2×MIC 和4×MIC 浓度时,对嗜水气单胞菌都有抗生素后效应,并随着抗生素浓度的增加,抗菌后效应的时间也延长.
採用菌落計數法測定瞭鹽痠恩諾沙星、鹽痠左氧氟沙星、氧氟沙星等5種抗生素對嗜水氣單胞菌的抗菌後效應(PAE).結果顯示,鹽痠左氧氟沙星、氧氟沙星、鹽痠沙拉沙星、鹽痠恩諾沙星、煙痠諾氟沙星在1×MIC、2×MIC 和4×MIC 濃度時,對嗜水氣單胞菌都有抗生素後效應,併隨著抗生素濃度的增加,抗菌後效應的時間也延長.
채용균락계수법측정료염산은낙사성、염산좌양불사성、양불사성등5충항생소대기수기단포균적항균후효응(PAE).결과현시,염산좌양불사성、양불사성、염산사랍사성、염산은낙사성、연산낙불사성재1×MIC、2×MIC 화4×MIC 농도시,대기수기단포균도유항생소후효응,병수착항생소농도적증가,항균후효응적시간야연장.
In this paper, the postantibiotic effects (PAE) of 5 kinds of antibiotics against bacterium Aeromonas hy-drophila were determined by colony counting. The results showed that at the concentrations of 1, 2 and 4 MIC, all these five antibiotics have PAE against bacterium Aeromonas hydrophila, and the time of PAE was prolonged with the increase of as the antibiotics concentrations.
