针对工业设计教学与社会人才需求问题展开研究,强调实现就业“零过渡”的关键是培养学生的职业能力.提出并且深入阐述了层次教学、分级实践和“三位一体”相结合的教学体系,经过不断实践,检验了该体系能够有效地提高学生就业的竞争力.

This research starts from the problems with the teaching of industrial design and its talent demand in society. It emphasizes that professional ability is the key to helping students find jobs easily. The paper deeply explains the teaching system that teaching and practice in accordance with abilities, and by continuing practicing, it has been testified as capable and effective to help students improve their competitiveness in employment.
