目的探讨电解质检测结果在不同检测系统间的可比性,为临床实验室认可及不同实验室检验结果的互认提供依据.方法参考美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)的 EP9-A2文件[叶应妩,王毓三,申子瑜.全国临床检验操作规程[M].第3版.南京:东南大学出版社,2006:59-60.],以罗氏检测系统为比较方法,日立检测系统为试验方法,用患者血清在2台生化仪上测定,应用 SPSS13.0统计学软件对结果进行线性回归分析、比对、偏差评估.结果两种检测系统测定 K+、Na+、Cl-的结果具有可比性,相关系数均>0.975,差异无统计学意义.结论当两种检测系统对同一项指标进行检测时,应进行偏倚评估和方法比对,判断其临床可接受性,确保测定结果的可比性.

Objective To study the comparison of the electrolytic(kalium、Natrium、chlorine)results determined by the automatic biochemical testing systems between the Roche and Hitachi 7100 type with bias estimation and method comparison. Methods According to the document EP9-A2 of National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS),biochemistry items were respectively detected by biochemical testing system and aim system. The results determined by the two analyzers with fresh serum of patients were analyzed with the software of SPSS13.0 to obtain the comparison,the linear regression analysis and the evaluation of deviations. Results The results showed the good comparability and correlation, and there was no statistical different. Conclusion If the same item is tested by two systems, it is necessary to judge clinical acceptability by method comparison and bias estimation so as to insure the comparability. The testing results of our three biochemical testing systems show well comparability.
