目的探讨家庭式护理查房模式对骨科患者满意度的影响.方法将我院2012年3月—5月住院患者569例列为对照组,6月—8月住院患者586例列为干预组,对照组每日施行常规护理查房,干预组在对照组基础上每日施行家庭式护理查房.比较2组患者出院时的满意度.结果干预组患者满意度标记卡值(9.2±0.7)cm明显高于对照组的(6.5±1.1)cm,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论家庭式护理查房模式能明显改善护患关系,显著提高患者的满意度.

Objective To explore the satisfaction impact of family nursing rounds patterns for orthopedic patient. Methods 569 cases of hospitalized patients as the control group from March to May in 2012. 586 cases of hospitalized patients as intervention group from June to August in 2012. The patients in control group were given routine nursing rounds and family nursing rounds was additionally applied to the patients in intervention group based on routine nursing rounds. The satisfaction was compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction mark card value was higher in intervention group than in control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion The family nursing rounds patterns can significantly improve the nurse-patient relationship. Significantly improve patient satisfaction.
