目的分析输卵管结扎术患者的心理压力和压力来源,制订相应的护理措施.方法对入住我科行双侧输卵管结扎的患者(观察组)和前来健康体检的健康女性(对照组)发放问卷,对2组研究对象的生理压力、心理压力及压力总分程度进行调查分析.结果受术者的压力水平高于正常健康女性,差异有统计学意义.结论双侧输卵管结扎术患者的心理压力较大,为受术者提供更多的术前及术后心理护理,有利于手术的顺利进行和术后康复.

Objective To investigate the psychological pressure and stress source of the patients with bilateral tubal ligation.Methods A cross-sectional survey was made for patients with bilateral tubal ligation and healthy female subjects. All subjects were requested to fill out questionnaires and psychosomatization pressure symptom scale. Results The self-rating pressure of patients with bilateral tubal ligation was higher than that of healthy female subjects. There was a significant statistical difference between the bilateral tubal ligation patients and the healthy women.Conclusion the patients with bilateral tubal ligation have psychological pressure. Therefore, more psychological nursing care before and after operation should be provided to relieve their pressure ,operating and recover.
