目的探究N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)检测在高血压患者中的意义.方法306例高血压确诊患者按标准进行分级分组,208例同期体检无高血压者为对照组,共同检测血浆NT-proBNP以及行心脏超声检查.结果2级、3级高血压患者血浆NT-proBNP水平及左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)明显高于对照组,左心室射血分数(LVEF)明显低于对照组(P<0.01);1级高血压患者血浆NT-proBNP水平、LVEDd、LVEF与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论在高血压患者中,血浆NT-BNP水平与高血压分级以及左室构型之间有较好的相关性,为诊断早期高血压心脏病一种快捷、简便的方法.

Objective The detection significance of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor was discussed in patients of hypertension.Methods 306 cases of hypertensive patients were grouped according to the standard of classification, 208 cases without hypertension were in control group, they received the detection of plasma NT-proBNP and cardiac ultrasound examination.Results The plasma levels of NT-proBNP and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd)in patients with grade 2, grade 3 hypertension, was significantly higher than that of the control group, the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01);there were no significant difference about plasma levels of NT-proBNP, LVEDd, LVEF in grade 1 hypertension patients compared with those in the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion In hypertensive patients, there is a good correlation between plasma NT-BNP level and the grade of hypertension and left ventricular geometry, which is a fast, simple method for diagnosis of early hypertensive heart disease.
