目的观察达立通颗粒联合甲氧氯普胺治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效.方法将108例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分成2组,治疗组56例,给予达立通颗粒联合甲氧氯普胺;对照组52例,给予甲氧氯普胺,观察2组患者症状改善情况,并行电子胃镜和病理学检查比较疗效.结果治疗组总有效率为82.14%,对照组总有效率为67.31%;胃镜检查结果比较:治疗组总有效率为76.79%,对照组总有效率为51.92%;病理学检查结果比较:治疗组总有效率为71.43%,对照组总有效率为55.77%.2组从三个方面比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论达立通颗粒联合甲氧氯普胺治疗胆汁反流性胃炎临床症状改善明显,疗效确切,无毒副作用.

Objective To study clinical efficacy of combining Dalitong granule and metoclopramide in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis. Methods 108 patients with bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into two groups. There were 56 cases in therapeutic group, Dalitong granule and metoclopramide were used, and there were 52 cases in control group,and metoclopramide was used. Clinical symptoms、gastroscope and pathology were detailed recorded before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 82.14%, the total efficiency rate in control group was 67.31%;compared with gastroscopy:the total effective rate in treatment group was 76.79%, the total efficiency rate in control group was 51.92%;compared with pathology results:the total effective rate of treatment group was 71.43%, the total efficiency rate in control group was 55.77%. Comparing the 2 groups from three aspects of the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Dalitong granule combined with metoclopramide in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis, could improve clinical symptoms significantly , which had no toxic side effect.
