目的探讨肿瘤坏死因子及白介素6在斑秃发病机制中的作用及综合治疗的临床疗效.方法选择46例斑秃患者作为治疗组,使用化学发光法检测其血清肿瘤坏死因子及白介素-6,采用口服复方甘草酸苷,局部液氮冷冻等综合治疗,疗程3个月;选择10例健康体检者作为对照组.观察肿瘤坏死因子和白介素-6在斑秃发病机制中的作用及综合治疗的疗效.结果治疗组与对照组比较,肿瘤坏死因子水平升高,白介素-6水平无差异,综合治疗总有效率为78.26%.结论肿瘤坏死因子在斑秃发病机制中有一定作用,白介素6和斑秃发病无明显关系,综合治疗安全、有效.

@@@@Objectives to discuss the roles the tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and Interleukin-6(IL-6) playing in the pathogenesis of Alopecia areata and the clinical efficacy of the comprehensive treatment. Methods Using chemiluminescence to detect the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)and Interleukin-6(IL-6),oral administration of compound glycyrrhizin and local liquid nitrogen cryotherapy in 46 Alopecia areata patiens for 3 months. Results Compared with the control group,the level of the tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)of the treatment group is increased while there is no differences between the two group of the Interleukin-6 (IL-6).The total efficiency of the comprehensive treatment is 78.26%. Conclusions The tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)has an effect on the pathogenesis of Alopecia areata,while Interleukin-6 (IL-6)does not have obvious relations with it. The comprehensive treatment is safe and effective.
