目的探讨对腹部手术患者实施护理干预的作用.方法将我院2007年5月—2009年1月行腹部手术患者120例按入院先后顺序分成观察组及对照组各60例,对照组采取常规腹部手术护理常规,观察组在常规护理的基础上采取护理干预措施.比较2组患者术后胃肠功能恢复情况及住院时间、住院费用,并调查患者对护理工作的满意度.结果观察组患者胃肠功能恢复时间明显比对照组提前(P<0.01);观察组患者的住院时间比对照组相应减少(P<0.01),住院费用也明显低于对照组(P<0.01);患者对护理工作的满意度观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.01).结论对腹部手术患者实施护理干预可以促进胃肠功能恢复,提高患者生活质量,缩短住院日期,减少医疗费用,提高患者对护理工作的满意度.

Objective Discussion on implementation of nursing intervention in patients with abdominal operation function. Methods In our hospital in 2007May~2009 January of 120 patients with abdominal operation,according to the admission successively divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group,the control group patients taking conventional abdominal operation routine nursing,observation group in routine care is taken on the basis of nursing interventions,compared two groups of patients with postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal function and hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses,and to investigate the patient degree of satisfaction to the nursing work. Results The observation group were gastrointestinal function recovery time than in the control group (P<0.01);in the observation group than the control group in the time of hospitalization decreased(P<0.01),hospitalization costs are lower than that of control group (P<0.01);satisfaction of patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.01).Conclusions On abdominal operation patients to take nursing intervention can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve the quality of life of patients,shorten the hospitalization dates,reduce medical costs,improve the satisfaction degree towards nursing work.
