针对现有雷达维修保障不能适应信息化作战需求的问题,对维修组织机构提出了优化方案.运用结构熵评价理论,从信息流的角度定量评价现行和优化后的雷达维修组织结构的有序度和系统柔性度,给出了详细的模型和计算步骤.计算与分析表明,该优化方案是有效的,能提高信息在指挥体制中传递的速度,有益于部队的编制精简,更符合实际.

Considering that the current radar repairing and supporting institutional structure can not meet the demand of information warfare, this article puts forward an optimization scheme for the radar maintenance institutional structure. By applying the evaluation theory of structure entropy, the degree of order and the flexibility of the current radar maintenance institutional structure and those of the optimized structure are assessed quantitatively at the angle of information flow, and the detailed model and calculating procedures are given in this paper. Calculation analysis indicates that the optimization scheme can be available for boosting the information transferring rate in command mechanism and being conducive to the units’downsizing the formation and even more conforming to the real situation.
