The paper analyzes the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of industry university by SWOT based on the case of China Jiliang University. It puts forward some suggestions: keep-ing the characteristics, keeping high quality teachers, improving the management effective and building the collaborative innova-tion mechanism with corresponding firms.
