21世纪以来,全国范围内开展了意义重大的新课程改革.教育事业以中国的方式转化、改造乃至发展借鉴国内外的教学思想,在一定程度上取得了突破.但从总体来看,我国的教育仍存在许多不合理甚至不科学的地方.本文首先分析有效教学的定义、特征、基本元素和影响因素,进而阐释有效的课堂教学的定义、内涵以及具体形式.

Since the 21th century, a significant new curriculum reform has been implemented around China, and we have made breakthroughs in education course. But on the whole, there are still many unreasonable and unscientific aspects in China's edu-cation. This paper firstly analyzes the definition, characteristics, basic elements and influencing factors of effective teaching, and then interprets the definition, connotation and concrete form of effective class teaching.
