The real estate ads are not only the carrier of the infor-mation of the commodity, but also a form of the art and the cul-ture. The real estate advertising language has its own unique fea-tures. This paper makes a preliminary analysis on language fea-tures, inflecting factors in real estate advertising, problems and strategies in real estate advertising translation.
