This paper mainly focuses on the art and design spe-cialized subject-to-undergraduate education in vocational col-leges. By discussion the teaching management of Changzhou In-stitute of Mechatronic Technology on art and design specialized subject-to-undergraduate education, looks for a comprehensive and effective management model for the education. This paper analyses the students' basic data, the learning environments, ex-change activities and the school's hardware and software facili-ties, discusses the various problems on the specialized sub-ject-to-undergraduate education, and then raise the effective so-lutions.
