目前我国进城务工农民工普遍存在技能素质不高、接受培训的普及率低的现象,这一现象与我国城市化进程和产业结构转型升级日益加快的步伐却不相适应.针对这一现状,本文就农民工培训有效需求的影响因素进行深刻剖析,对其存在的问题提出相应的政策建议.

At present our country's rural migrant workers general-ly are not high educational, and absent skill training, this phe-nomenon is not suitable for the fast development in urbanization and industrial structure upgrade. In view of this situation, this ar-ticle analyzes the influence factors of the training demand of mi-grant workers, finds the existing problems and put forward the corresponding policy suggestions.
