采用访谈法、开放式问卷等方法构建高校教师工作绩效评估量表初稿,通过对220名高校教师的调查,对量表进行检验.因素分析的结果表明高校教师工作绩效包括8个因子:教学成效、职业素养、教学投入、沟通协作、敬业精神、科研服务、组织忠诚、遵守规章制度.该量表信度、效度符合统计学的要求,具有一定的实用价值.

According to the results of the open-ended question-naire and interview results with university teachers, a scale draft was developed. The reliability and validity of the scale was tested by the evaluation of 220 university teachers. 8 factors of "teach-ing efficiency, occupation stuff,teaching investment,communica-tion and cooperation, professional dedication,science research, loyalty to organization and complying with regulation" were in-cluded in the work performance for university teachers. The scale's reliability and validity meets statistics requirements and have certain practical value.
