超声激励微泡所产生的“空化效应”能够介导肿瘤细胞凋亡,实现对特定组织释放药物,以及诱导肿瘤血管的栓塞、抑制肿瘤血管的分化增殖,从而发挥靶向治疗的作用.这一项非侵入性治疗策略开拓了肿瘤治疗的思路,并成为新近超声研究中的热点.现就该策略的研究进展进行简要综述.

Cavitation effect by ultrasound-activated microbubbles can mediate tumor cells necrosis/apoptosis, achieve drug delivery at specific tissue, induce embolization/obstruction of tumor vessels and restrain differentiation or proliferation of tumor vessels. It may offer a new method in the targeted therapy of tumors .Microbubble stimulated by ultrasound as a non-invasive strategy will exploit a new pathway for tumor treatment, and has become a hot topic recently.The status and development of this strategy was reviewed briefly in this article.
