目的:研究深圳地区正常牙合Bolton 指数的性别差异,确立正常牙合Bolton 指数的范围并对上下颌牙量进行相关性分析和回归方程的建立.方法:选择符合标准的正常牙合模型85例,测得上下牙弓3-3和6-6的长度,计算 Bolton指数.结果:上下颌牙弓长度和 Bolton 指数性别间无统计学意义(P >0.05);上下颌牙量之间存在高度相关性(P <0.01).结论:确立了深圳地区正常牙合Bolton 指数的范围并建立了回归方程,为临床诊断和矫治计划设计提供了依据.

Objective:It is to investigate the rang of Bolton index and different of genders and to relationship between upper and lower teeth dimention and to establish the regression equation. Method:85 persons with individual normal occlu-sion were selected.To measure the dental arch length and calculate the Bolton index. Result: There were not significant dif-ferences between genders with dental arch length and Bolton index (P <0.05);there were significant correlation between up-per and lower tooth(P <0.01). Conclusion:To establish the rang and the regression equation was made which can be applied for diagnosis and orthodontics planning.
