针对水资源的利用问题,采用归纳分析的方法,分析了我国水资源紧张和浪费严重的矛盾现状,提出提高国民节水意识、加强科技投入、加大非传统水资源开发等建议.研究结果为中国合理利用水资源提供参考.

In view of problems in the consumption of water resources, inductive analysis was made of the conflict between water shortage and water waste in China. Suggestions were put forward accordingly to improve the national consciousness of water saving, in-crease investment of science and technology and develop non-traditional water resources. Results will provide reference for reasonable utilization of water resources in China.
