使用锦州市统计数据,依据产业升级理论、相对效率理论、结构协同与偏离理论以及就业弹性等理论,使用回归分析等量化方法,从产业结构与就业结构之间的效应、协同性、偏离度以及弹性等方面分别对锦州市产业结构与劳动力就业之间的关系进行研究,分析产业结构与劳动力就业之间的关系,测定产业结构对劳动力就业的影响,得到结构效率、就业弹性以及产业结构对劳动力就业的量化影响等基本结论.
使用錦州市統計數據,依據產業升級理論、相對效率理論、結構協同與偏離理論以及就業彈性等理論,使用迴歸分析等量化方法,從產業結構與就業結構之間的效應、協同性、偏離度以及彈性等方麵分彆對錦州市產業結構與勞動力就業之間的關繫進行研究,分析產業結構與勞動力就業之間的關繫,測定產業結構對勞動力就業的影響,得到結構效率、就業彈性以及產業結構對勞動力就業的量化影響等基本結論.

According to the industry upgrading theory, relative efficiency theory, industrial structure’s cooperativity and deviation theory, and employment elasticity theory, the relationship between industrial structure and employment in Jinzhou was researched from the aspects of their effect, cooperativity, deviation and elasticity. The statistical data of Jinzhou were used by adopting a variety of quantization methods as regression method. Specifically, the relationship between industrial structure and employment was analyzed, and the influence of industrial structure on employment was determined. As these results, the basic conclusions was reached about structure efficiency, elasticity of employment, quantification of the influence of industrial structure on employment.
