从国家教育部2003年颁布的新《普通高中数学课程标准(实验)》,2011年创刊出版的《数学文化》杂志,以及互联网上第一个上线的数学类课程《数学文化》公开课等现状,阐述数学文化传播的背景.给出数学文化传播的定义和内容.指出数学文化传播具有揭示数学的本质、密切联系生产生活实际、传播方式多种多样和传播中能秉持公正等特点.坚持数学文化传播中要保持科学性、应有趣味性和要密切联系数学史的三项原则.继而阐述数学文化与数学史和数学教育的关系,特别指出数学教育中要讲清数学的严谨性与数学真理的相对性,并举例说明以往数学文化传播存在的问题,对有关工作提出适当建议.

In 2003 ,The National Ministry of Education issued the new “high school mathematics cur‐riculum standards (trial version)” .In 2011 ,the magazines of “Mathematical Culture” was published , and the first course of the Internet Open Class of Mathematic that is “Mathematical Culture” was on the line .This status display the background of mathematical culture communication .This paper pres‐ents the definition and content of mathematical cultural communication .It points out the mathemati‐cal culture communication’s characteristics that are to reveal the essence of mathematics ,closely link to the actual production and living ,has various mode of transmission and uphold justice .In mathemat‐ical culture communication ,we must adhere to the three principles :strict adherence to the scientific , have fun ,closely link to the history of mathematics .It also discusses the relationship between the mathematical culture communication and history of mathematics and mathematics education ,especial‐ly pointed out that mathematics education should be made clear to the preciseness of mathematics and mathematical truth relativity .By the way ,it explains the problems of mathematical culture communi‐cation ,and to make appropriate recommendations for relevant work .
