根据辽宁沿海经济带产业、城市、港口布局特点,在对经济带初步划分为7个物流集散区的前提下,采用2010年各县市统计年鉴数据,引用相关研究成果提出的规划数据,针对过境物流需求、工业物流需求、生活物流需求、农业物流需求等进行研究.分析物流市场需求现状,预测未来物流市场需求,并对以港口为中心兼顾铁路、高速公路等港口集疏运体系的物流园区、大型专业物流中心支撑系统进行综合评价,提出辽宁沿海经济带物流园区、大型专业物流中心空间布局的优化方案.根据分析评价的结果,提出至2020年辽宁沿海经济带应当规划建设15个物流园区、41个大型专业物流中心的建议.

On the basis of the features for layout of industries ,cities and ports in the Liaoning coastal economic zone ,the premises that the Liaoning coastal economic zone is preliminarily classified into 7 logistics areas for assembly and distribution ,with the application of data from yearbook in the year 2010 by county and city in the whole zone associated the study ,along with citation of planning data put forward by relevant research findings of scholars at home and at abroad as well ,in accordance with such demands as ones for logistics in transit ,industry ,life and agriculture ,demand for logistics market in current situation is studied and analyzed ,and demand for logistics market in the future is also predicted .Furthermore ,logistics parks coupled with large‐scale professional logistics centers supporting system which are both port and port‐orientated and look after both sides with such system for assembly and distribution in port and port as railway and highway are evaluated and studied with great consideration of almost every correlative aspect and weighing pros and cons closely and atten‐tively ,and then an optimum schema is brought up at last but not least which is intimately aimed at the spatial layout of logistics parks as well as large‐scale professional logistics centers in the Liaoning coastal economic zone .According to the analyzed and evaluated results ,in the end of the thesis ration‐al and practical advice is proposed that 15 logistics parks and 41 large scale professional logistics cen‐ters in the Liaoning coastal economic zone should have been planned and built by the year 2020 .
