该研究以人参籽为原料,采用超临界CO2流体技术萃取人参籽油.以单因素实验为基础,通过正交试验优化萃取人参籽油工艺参数条件,并测定人参籽油脂肪酸组成.试验结果表明,在萃取压力45 MPa、萃取温度45℃、萃取时间2.5 h、夹带剂用量10%优化工艺条件下,人参籽油得率为48.90%.经检测,人参籽油脂肪酸组成不饱和脂肪酸占99%以上,其中油酸含量极高,可达94.70%.

To extract ginseng seed oil from ginseng panax seed and determine its compositions. Orthogonal experiments are operated to gain the optimal extraction process based on single factor experiment. The best condition of the extraction of ginseng seed oil with CO2 supercritical fluid was as follows:the extraction pressure,45 MPa;the extraction temperature,45℃;the extraction time,2.5 hours;co–solvent,10%. Fatty acid composition of unsaturated fatty acid which accounts for more than 99%in ginseng seed oil,and the oleic acid content is extremely high in 94.70%.
