在液压系统中,电液比例轴向变量柱塞泵因具有节能、低噪声和先进的控制技术,而广泛被应用于各个领域.结合电液比例轴向柱塞泵的工作原理,利用AMESim软件,建立泵体各部件及整体仿真模型,进行系统仿真,得到电液比例变量柱塞泵的压力以及流量特性,为实际设计和优化提供理论依据和参考.
在液壓繫統中,電液比例軸嚮變量柱塞泵因具有節能、低譟聲和先進的控製技術,而廣汎被應用于各箇領域.結閤電液比例軸嚮柱塞泵的工作原理,利用AMESim軟件,建立泵體各部件及整體倣真模型,進行繫統倣真,得到電液比例變量柱塞泵的壓力以及流量特性,為實際設計和優化提供理論依據和參攷.

In hydraulic systems, electro-hydraulic proportional variable displacement piston pumps with energy-sav-ing, low noise, and advanced control technology, widely are used in various fields. In this paper, an electro-hydraulic proportional variable displacement piston pump was built integrated the variable pump's working principle based on AMESim software. The characteristics of pump's pressure and flow rate are obtained through simulation, they can provide a theoretical basis and reference for the actual design and optimization.
