使用PLC的A/D模块、D/A模块和通讯模块实现了液压CAT系统硬件模块化.以LabVIEW为平台开发出各功能模块的程序,并对各模块进行了封装,实现了软件模块化.液压CAT系统的模块化设计,缩短了开发周期,提高了系统设计的扩展性和通用性.
使用PLC的A/D模塊、D/A模塊和通訊模塊實現瞭液壓CAT繫統硬件模塊化.以LabVIEW為平檯開髮齣各功能模塊的程序,併對各模塊進行瞭封裝,實現瞭軟件模塊化.液壓CAT繫統的模塊化設計,縮短瞭開髮週期,提高瞭繫統設計的擴展性和通用性.

Using the A/D module, D/A module and the communication module, this paper realizes the hardware mod-ularization. By developing the functional modules of the program, this paper realizes the software modularization. The modular design of the hydraulic CAT system shortens the development cycle, improves the expansibility and the universality of the CAT system.
