转炉炼钢中会产生大量的煤气,实现转炉煤气回收利用适应转炉炼钢生产环保要求,且有很好的节能效果.液压伺服切换站是煤气回收的重要设备,针对某钢厂80 t转炉干法除尘切换站液压伺服控制系统,进行了较全面的建模研究,利用MATLAB/Simulink工具箱进行仿真,仿真结果表明此种控制系统动静态特性完全满足工艺要求.

Large amounts of gas used to be emitted during the smelting of converter, the gas recovery and utilization must be applied to reducing environmental pollution and at the same time also has a good energy saving effect. Hy-draulic servo switch station is an important gas recovery equipment, this article made a comprehensive study as to the hydraulic servo switch station of 80 t converter, MATLAB/Simulink was used to simulate the model, the results show that the static and dynamic characteristics of the control system can fully meet the process requirements.
